Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for ITTransition Partners are proud to be working with one of the Yorkshire leading MSP provider who are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic IT support team in Leeds.As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support to their diverse client base. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leaders, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring timelyand effective resolution or escalation of technical issues.
