Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for ITTransition Partners are proud to be working with one of the Yorkshire leading MSP provider who are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic IT support team in Leeds.As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support to their diverse client base. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leaders, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring timelyand effective resolution or escalation of technical issues. If you are a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for IT, we encourage you to apply.Required Skills & Experience: * Minimum of 1 years MSP experience* Azure experience including but not limited to Management of Virtual Machines and Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure based networking,* Microsoft 365 Systems- SharePoint, Office Apps, Teams, 365 based products* Working knowledge of Hypervisor technologies such as ESXi and Hyper-V including clustered host environments* Active Directory management & Group Policy* Experience in managing network switches and Firewall Management and Maintenance* Full driving license with own vehicleWhats on offer:* Salary £23,000 - 25,000* Leeds-based, free onsite parking* Personal learning, development and funded training and accreditations* Pension, healthcare and wellbeing schemes* Challenging and dynamic projects* Friendly and communal culture, including social events
