Job Description

Temporary Contact Centre AdvisorPudsey £21,930 PA 37.5 Hours a week Monday- Friday Office Based -Shift work between 7.30am and 6.30pm Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual looking for a temporary opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills We are seeking enthusiastic Temporary Contact Centre Advisors to join our clients growing contact centre, This is a fantasticchance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Assist customers in resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and details in the system. Ensure that all information is entered promptly and in compliance with company policies.
Your experience: To be successful for this job opportunity of Contact Centre Advisor you will have recent and relevant contact centre customer service experience ideally both in telephony and live chat. You will be immediately available to start or available to start at shortnotice.
