Job DescriptionOTE- £40,000 - Uncapped Commission - Company Car/Car Allowance - Career ProgressionAt William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, were looking for a highly motivated SeniorLettings Manager to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team in Pudsey. This is a full-time on-site role.The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Lettings department, managing a team, building relationships with landlords, conducting property viewings and market appraisals, negotiating rental terms and ensuing compliancewith relevant regulations and laws. Additionally you would be responsible for setting and achieving branch targets and maximizing revenue whilst ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.What’s in it for you as our Senior Lettings Manager

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Full UK driving licence
