Job Description

We are looking for a practice managerfor our well established and busy 7 surgery site located in Pudsey, a market town situated between Leeds & Bradford.

  • Based 5 minutes from the town centre with free street parking around the Practice
  • Plenty of local amenities close by
  • Established and stable team including supportive senior Nurse and Receptionist
  • Practices offers specialisms such as implants and short-term Orthodontics
  • Private revenue of £0.5M and large NHS contract
  • Flexibility for working hours between 32-37.5 p/week

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
  • Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
