Job Description

We are currently supporting a fantastic values-led business in Pudsey who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their friendly HR team!This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £22,500 + a fantastic bonus scheme!The HR Administrator role with this business is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator who is looking to join a supportive HR team who will offer you fantastic incentives and opportunities for development.Responsibilities:

  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Assisting the senior HR team with any HR queries
  • Manage the onboarding and vetting processes
  • Create any reports as requested by the HRBP
  • Ensure the HR database is well maintained
  • Manage any new starter documentation and exit documentation
  • Administer the probation process
  • Support with payroll administration
  • Other duties when required
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a busy HR role
  • Experience of using HR systems
  • Strong admin skills
  • Passionate about developing HR career
