Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator based in Pudsey LS28 working with a client who has a unique and exciting product. Were seeing an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service andhas an eye for detail who also has a flair creative to assist with Marketing and Social Media.This role offers a fantastic working environment, and you will be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team. Our award-winning manufacturing client are experts in what they do and can offer great job stability and learning and development opportunities.Hours: Full Time office basedMonday to Thursday 8am-4:30pmFriday 8am-4pmSalary: £25,000The Role:Customer Service;

  • Assist with busy shared mailbox
  • Processing sales orders, investigating enquiries and updating customer details
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and prospects
  • Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to increase sales
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Using Excel and undertaking Excel projects
Marketing - 20% of the week
  • Creating marketing content for blogs and social media posts
  • Sending out mailshots to clients
  • Using Buffer for social media content
  • CSR champion and organisation
About you:
  • Excellent telephone manner- Customer Service experience
  • Social media platforms knowledge
  • Strong Excel and Word Skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and navigate around new systems and processes
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive and assertive approach
