Job Description

CREDIT CONTROL x 2. Due to continued growth, RECfinancial are thrilled to be recruiting on an exclusive basis for our client, an established Pudsey based business with a strong lead in their field. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a very stableteam. The role has come about due to growth and acquisition. So What Are We Looking For As The Credit ControllerAs Credit Control, you will possess drive, ambition and passion for your role, along with excellent communication skills, good commercial awareness and the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.

  • Knowledge of cash allocation, solid systems skills including Excel are essential.
What Will Your Role Involve As Credit ControlEnsure all due debts are collected in a timely manner.
  • Produce monthly overdue letters.
  • Undertake sales account reconciliations.
  • Handle disputed accounts and negotiate overdue accounts to bring payment in line the businesses terms and conditions.
  • Obtain sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
  • Attend monthly debtor review meetings at allocated sites.
  • Set up and maintain accurate customer details and account records.
  • Prepare daily banking and cash sheets.
  • Maintain regular customer contact by phone, fax and email.
  • Must be conversant with various IT systems such as Microsoft Office,
  • A flexible approach to work commitments will be required in order to meet the demands of the job.

  • £25k - £26k per annum

  • 08.30am/ 5.00pm or 09.00am/5.00pm or 09.30am/5.30pm
