Job Description

Project AdministratorHourly Rate: £12.00 - £13.30Location: Bamber BridgeJob Type: TemporaryWe are delighted to offer a temporary Project Administrator position within a leading construction business based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. With over 50 years of establishment, the company boasts a stellar reputation in the construction industry and is knownfor its warm and welcoming work environment. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated individual to support our project management team.Day-to-day of the role:

  • Compile subcontractor orders using Adobe Acrobat, including creating bookmarks for easy document navigation.
  • Initiate and track project team requisition forms, ensuring they receive the necessary approvals.
  • Prepare Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) reports for subcontractors to assess their suitability for projects.
  • Enter data from signing-in sheets into Construct CO2 and maintain subcontractor information databases.
  • Issue pre-enrolments to subcontractors and update bespoke software with their details for site access.
  • Update iPads with relevant subcontractor details for use on construction sites.
  • Cover reception duties as needed and perform general typing tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document compilation and management.
  • Experience with project requisition management and subcontractor evaluation.
  • Strong data entry skills and familiarity with database management.
  • Ability to multitask and cover reception duties when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
