B2B cold calling prospective clients.
Fact-finding and rapport-building over the telephone.
Management of CRM (Salesforce)
Ensuring all notes are accurate on the system.
Managing callbacks effectively
Pipeline management
Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation.
Meet personal targets set.
Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

1 year’s B2B experience (Essential)
