We are working exclusively with a client who recently secured Private Equity investment and have identified the need for a newly created role in the business to join their Senior Management Team. They are looking for an ambitious, hands on, and commerciallyastute Finance Business Partner who has the drive and desire to progress quickly, and are eager to take on more responsibility within a rapidly growing business.This appointment follows on from a significant investment in people within the business, having recently appointed several key hires within their Senior Leadership Team, bringing with them a wealth of sector and strategic experience into the business. Thisrole will report into a highly accomplished CFO with a strong track record of delivering growth within Private Equity backed businesses.The Finance Business Partner will play an integral part in establishing a high standard of MI that can drive business performance and help them achieve their growth ambitions over the next few years. They will work closely with the CFO and Operational teams,while getting excellent exposure at all levels of the business. In addition to continuously improving the quality of reporting, this person will be responsible for leading contract review meetings, implementing and reporting on KPIs and leading the budgetingand forecasting process.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Finance Business Partner, who is eager to develop and forge their own pathway within a rapidly growing business.
