About the roleMercedes-Benz of Teesside is looking to recruit a Vehicle Progress Team Leader to join their fantastic and motivated team.As a Sytner Vehicle Progress Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring all new and used Mercedes-Benz vehicles are prepared on time for customer handover and are beautifully presented. You will be working between our busy sales, service, valet and bodyshop departments co-originating the preparation of around 250 vehicles per month.In addition to this, you will be responsible for two team members who are responsible for all vehicle movements on and off the site and photography. You control the quality of our digital shop window.The role is key to delivering great customer satisfaction and is pivotal to the success of the sales department.About youPrevious experience in a similar role would be ideal, however, this is not essential.You will be energetic, highly organised, be a good, clear communicator and ideally have a customer service background.A keen eye for detail is essential.
