Our client is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician. The main purpose of the role is to be the main point of contact on the helpdesk and to provide 2nd and occasionally 3rd line support to users and clients. The role will involve the Installationand support of both Hardware and Software.Duties include;* Provide 2nd line helpdesk support to a users and clients* Log and maintain calls using the call logging system.* Produce and update IT policies and procedures documentation.* Maintain IT Asset Register.* Maintain Software License Register.Candidates should have experience in some of the following; Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Operating System, VMware, Hyper-V, File/Print, SAN Storage Arrays, DNS and DHCPPlease send a CV if you would like more information on this IT Support Technician role.
