Job Description

Are you looking to kick start your career in an office Are you passionate about providing amazing customer service If so, this could be the role for you.We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The only requirement is that you will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be confident using a computer.Having a good work life balance is important to us so we can be flexible with hours for the right candidate. It can be full time 37.5 hours, but we also could accommodate a minimum of 28 hours per week. There are a couple of requirements, to work until 6pmon Fridays and Tuesday until 7pm. All other hours can be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days a week, you will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm paid at an overtime rate. Hybrid working will be available upon completion of a successful training periodof 6 months. To deal with retention of existing business and any non-standard cases, adjustments or amendments to renewals of insurance policies.Who is our ideal candidate

What will your responsibilities be
  • Day to day management of customer queries via telephone and email
  • Renewing and adjusting insurance policies
  • Liaising with underwriters and insurers
  • Supporting fellow team members
