Transport for Wales - Graduate SchemeRole: HR GraduateLocation: PontypriddAt Transport for Wales (TfW) we have big plans to transform the Welsh transport network. Its our vision to connect communities, create jobs and make travel across Wales and the borders more accessible than ever. Thats where you come in.As a HR graduate, youll work closely with teams within the People and Organisational Development directorate. Youll provide weekly project updates, ensuring all activities are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within cost. Not only will yougain key transferrable skills, but youll also take part in several rotations during the scheme. You could spend time with the recruitment, learning and development or HR service delivery teams.Throughout this two-year course, youll work towards achieving a professional qualification. As part of your learning, youll take part in six practical development workshops and four webinar sessions. Plus, youll combine your academic and practical learningto deliver a personal project that contributes to TfW.Youll be a confident communicator, as youll liaise with stakeholders and TfW partners. And, youll regularly engage with fellow graduates as you build your own internal network. Youll do this while taking advantage of on-the-job training, further developingyour technical competency.To apply, youll need to be working towards a relevant degree such as HR management or business studies. Work or volunteering experience in a related field is desirable, as are Welsh language skills.
