An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager has become available, to work for an industry expert of software development that partners with Microsoft with over 15 years of experience and works with highly recognisibale brands globally.The Role:Reporting to the Implementation Services Manager, you will be working on the delivery of products for both internal and external stakeholders, primarily working on package application implementations. You will be responsible for to ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, and quality. This will entail having a through understanding of customers system requirements, as to appropriately implement company systems. Furthermore, this role will involvetraining users in the product.It will be essential that projects are actively monitoring and considering risks, issues and dependencies. As such, on project status reports for stakeholders will be produced as to ensure the project scope is well defined and the deliverables are clear.Finally, within this role the right candidate must identify opportunities to not only increase customer satisfaction, but you should also seek opportunities to gain more business with clients.This role involves traveling to customers. Essential: Proven experience in delivering complex projects in a client facing mid to large environments (£50-500k) Experience delivering end user system training Customer business process analysis and requirements gathering experience Experience in delivering package software implementation projects Competent using Microsoft project Experience delivering custom development software projects Excellent client facing skills and the ability to ensure relationships are kept strong Full clean driving license Desirable: Fleet/Leasing industry experience.
