Job Description

My client is extremely excited to have a vacancy for an Office Based Telesales Executive to join their already talented and loyal team. This role is full time however is term time only (perfect for anyone who wants school holidays off!)The role will suit someone who is hungry for more success and actively looking to progress to the next stage of their career. They will be pro-active, self-motivated, tenacious, and above all, determined for success.This person will fill a key role in the company’s strategic plan to continue the dynamic growth of the business. The key activity of the position is building relationships with potential clients and closing orders.The role includes:

  • Focused office-based telesales activities to win and retain clients, selling our portfolio of paper products including copier and coloured paper, laminating pouches and similar consumable items.
  • Handling incoming enquiries and dealing with customer service enquiries
  • Using the Customer Record Management system to record notes and action points
Qualities needed:
  • Honesty, Loyalty and Respect
  • Strong commitment to genuine customer care
  • A successful track record of closing orders for consumable products
  • Excellent command of English and ability to communicate at all levels
  • High levels of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent and demonstrable telephone skills
  • Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to achieve results
  • Dedication to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the customer record management system (CRM)
The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be expected to adopt and project the positive team culture and ethos of the Company in every aspect of their work and relationships with both their colleagues and their clients.Remuneration will be by way of basic salary of £25,000 and an uncapped GP commission giving a typical total gross salary of £35,000.
