Project Manager PLYMOUTHCirca 6 month contract!An experienced, diligent and motivated Project Manager is required to assume the lead of a large residential scheme in the heart of Plymouth.Working for a busy regional contractor, youd take responsibility for the finishes and completion of a multi-storey development requiring 2nd fix, internal finishes, plus external cladding and render works.With a lot to do, youll need to be an efficient organiser, able to manage and motivate multiple trades on site, additionally, youll also be co-ordinating the programme and liaising with the client.
