SEN Teaching Assistants- Full-time and part-time roles- Short-term and long-term roles- Start dates from JanuaryTeaching Personnel are looking to recruit for a number of SEN support posts in SEN schools across Plymouth. To be successful, you will ideally have significant experience of supporting individuals who have a learning disability, Autism, physical disabilityand / or complex health needs in order to be considered. You will also be required to have experience of supporting children / young people.Within these roles, you will support pupils in the classroom and during break/lunch times, ensuring high levels of care at all times.You will need to be confident that you have the strength of character and ability to cope with the challenges this workbrings and have personal resilience. It is important, that you are child focused, motivated, flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to respond to change/flux are important attributes of the post.The working hours will vary in terms of the full-time and part-time positions available.
