Job Description

Mobile Plant Operatives required to work on tunnelling / civil engineering construction projects for a well-established industry leading company.Candidates will require experience in any of the following:

  • 360 Plant Operator with grab experience (Above 10 tonne lifting ops)
  • Forward Tipping Dumper
  • Tractor Driver
SALARY: Negotiable Depending on ExperienceLOCATION: Projects covering Devon and CornwallJOB TYPE: Full-Time, Temporary and Permanent ContractsJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Mobile Plant Operative with either 360 Excavator, Forward Tipping Dumper or Tractor Driving experience to work on tunnelling / civil engineering construction projects.Working as the Mobile Plant Operative you will need the flexibility to work on projects across Devon and Cornwall, a full UK Driving Licence is required.As the Mobile Plant Operative you will join the UKs most experienced tunnelling contractor that provides a comprehensive range of services to the water and civil engineering industries across UK & Ireland, specialising in Micro Tunnelling, Auger Boring,Shaft Sinking and Pipe Jacking.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSAs the Mobile Plant Operative you will have the following skills and experience:
  • 360 Plant Operator with grab experience (Above 10 tonne lifting ops)
  • Forward Tipping Dumper
  • Tractor Driver
  • CPCS Blue card above & below 10 ton tracked excavator ideal
  • Previous experience on tunnelling/civil engineering sites
  • High level of accuracy and attention
  • Safety Critical Medical would be ideal
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
