Here at HM Land Registry we have an exciting opportunity for Lead & Senior Executive Analysts (SEO+ and SEO) to join our team based at any of our 14 office locations.Joining on a Flexible working, Full-time or Part-time basis you will receive a competitive salary of £38,552 - £46,589 per annum. The salary for SEO is £38,552 and SEO+ is £46,589. (In Croydon SEO is £42,099 and SEO+ is £50,585)Our office locations are: Birkenhead, North West, CH41 6DU : Croydon, London, CR0 2AQ : Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 3BH : Durham, North East, DH1 5TR : Weymouth, South West, DT4 9TT : Gloucester, South West, GL1 1DQ : Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire and the Humber, HU2 8JN : Leicester, East Midlands, LE3 5DR : Nottingham, East Midlands, NG1 7AU : Peterborough, Eastern, PE1 1QF : Plymouth, South West, PL6 5WS : Preston, North West, PR4 1TE : Swansea, Wales, SA7 9FQ : Telford, West Midlands, TF3 4LRThis is a fantastic opportunity to help lead and influence the growing analytical function at HM Land Registry (HMLR) as we look to improve our use of data to drive continuous improvement.You will be visible at all levels of the organisation and will have the opportunity both to develop a strong existing team to still higher performance, and to influence a significant change in HMLR’s approach to MI and BI, with support from a highly engaged senior team.The two SEO+ positions will be interfacing regularly with members of the Executive Board and operational leadership teams, while the two SEO roles will support the leadership across all other directorates – looking for opportunities to develop new and improve existing management information systems and modelling.Responsibilities of our Lead & Senior Executive Analysts (SEO+ and SEO) include:Both roles will be responsible for developing a highly-skilled modelling, MI and BI team, ensuring that individuals have both the data skills to create credible and useful data sources, and the statistical, presentation and modelling skills, working with the Modelling and MI leads to provide high quality MI data which will drive continuous improvement across the business.The SEO+ role will be required to deal with more complex and high profile analytical problems that will have greater impact.You will identify opportunities to improve our understanding of HMLR and its operations and drive acceptance of a single version of the truth about performance, helping to establish a strong modelling QA culture throughout the organisation.You will engage with senior leaders to structure their problems and develop appropriate modelling and analytical support, building relationships with key stakeholders.What we’re looking for in our Lead & Senior Executive Analysts (SEO+ and SEO):You will have experience of developing analytical/modelling insight in support of operational decision-making in a delivery organisation, with a proven track record of using evidence to influence strategic decision making.You will also show experience in the areas of analytical quality assurance under pressure and have a proven track record in communicating complex analysis with impact, both to internal and external audiences.You will be experienced in project and programme management, with the ability to prioritise work effectively against a changing strategic background.Benefits of becoming our Lead & Senior Executive Analysts (SEO+ and SEO): We offer very competitive terms, conditions and benefits.
