Health & Safety Trainer - Plymouth / Hybrid - Up to: £38,000Well Placed HR have been engaged by a long established and highly successful specialist b2b services business, who seek to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Trainer to join their team. This is a full time, permanent role that can be operated on an onsiteor semi hybrid arrangement, with some local and national travel required occasionally. Theyre a happy,motivated and passionate team that thoroughly enjoy their work!This will be broad and rewarding role to focus in the following areas:- Develop and implement high quality training courses and accompanying material in line with current legislation and company standards- Undertake regular reviews and safety inspections, identifying appropriate remedial action- Regularly review and maintain course training materials- Regularly review and undertake gap analysis of H&S processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining- produce timely and accurate reports for training analysisFor this opportunity we seek an experience H&S professional with recently gained experience operating in a similar role. The successful candidate should either hold or be working towards CMIOSH and will preferably have experienced gained in the constructionsector (CITB certified would be highly advantageous). The successful candidate will be working with clients on both a face-to-face and virtual capacity so excellent communication, mentoring and develop skills will be essential.
