HEALTH LEAD / JASMINE MOTHERS RECOVERYFull time / 37.5 hours per week Part time/ 30 hrs per weekSalary - £26,000 pa (pro rata for part time)Closing Date - 12.00noon Thursday 23 June 2022Interview date - Mon 27 June 2022.Are you looking for a new, exciting challenge for 2022 We are searching for a Health Lead to work with our residents, supporting them with their detox programme and any health appointments for themselves and their children. The successful applicant willbe a qualified nurse with experience of administering controlled drugs and medication to individuals and supporting them and their children in choosing a healthy, substance free lifestyle. The successful candidate will also lead on health initiatives suchas healthy eating, cessation of smoking, immunisations and other similar programmes.This unique service offers a safe space for detoxing and rehabilitation whilst supporting the Mother to identify what changes they need to make to keep their child safe. The aim is for the Mother and child(ren) to return to the community having successfullycompleted their detox. We have developed a reputation for offering a nurturing service for both children and their Mothers, yet also able to make clear recommendations for the court arena, if the child(ren) are subject to Care proceedings.The role is a strategically significant one for Jasmine and brings with it both opportunity and challenges.
