Job Description

Contract Chartered Structural EngineerPlymouthContract: £40-£55 per hour (Inside IR35)Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer based in the South West Are you looking for a contract positionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer to join a successful and well-established civil and structural design consultancy based in Plymouth.Their portfolio of work is constantly growing, making them a very busy team. They work on a variety of structural engineering projects including retail, housing, leisure and commercial builds. You will be working on an exciting project within the marine sector,specifically a port design. Requirements:

  • You will be Chartered with IStructE / ICE
  • BPSS Clearance
  • You will have proven experience in structural design on a broad range of projects and materials - steel, concrete, timber and masonry
  • Experience and ability to deliver successful projects and develop good working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
As a Chartered Structural Engineer you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion stage, assist in winning work, preparing fee proposals, engineering design, project management and mentoring junior staff.If you are interested apply today!
