Here at HM Land Registry we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Delivery Manager to join our team based at any of our 14 office locations.Joining on a Full/Part time or Job share basis you will receive a competitive salary of £33,839 per annum (Croydon £37,290) in addition, a non-pensionable IT Allowance of £4,609 will be payable.Our Locations:Due to Covid-19, the role will initially be home based so an induction and training will be carried out remotely, with full support from the team. You will join our award-winning Digital, Data and Technology Directorate which is the in-house IT division at the heart of the move to a digital, data-driven organisation with the ambition to provide our customers with cutting-edge digital services.We are now looking for an experienced Associate Delivery Manager to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.HM Land Registrys existing software systems and services form part of the critical national infrastructure, safeguarding land and property ownership valued at £7 trillion. This enables over £1 trillion worth of personal and commercial lending to be secured against property across England and Wales.Responsibilities of our Associate Delivery Manager include:This role sits within the Delivery Practice as part of the Technology group in HM Land Registry’s Digital, Data and Technology directorate.As an Associate Delivery Manager, your role will include working on the delivery of a variety of business as usual, transformation programme and project change work packages. This can include the delivery of a product, part of a service or implementing IT Infrastructure changes.You will support Delivery Managers by managing and monitoring the delivery of internal or 3rd supplier product, service or infrastructure changes; proactively contributing to the achievement of deadlines, management of costs and ensure high levels of quality. You will work with and support teams and project colleagues to construct and manage realistic estimates and plans, gathering intelligence for regular reports to track progress to the Delivery Manager.Within your role, you will also assist Delivery Managers in the application and continuous improvement of processes relevant to full lifecycle and different phases of software, product and infrastructure delivery. You will also facilitate continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and experience with others.What we’re looking for in our Associate Delivery Manager:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have an understanding of different software development and/or IT infrastructure at a high level. You will have proven experience of supporting delivery in a technology environment; including practical experience of high-level planning using relevant tools and techniques to manage technical change.
