Job Description

  • 36.25 hours per week (Hybrid and Flexible working may be available).
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days annual leave after three years service.

  • Providing admin support
  • Suporting with planning and completion of meetings
  • Diary management
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Attendance at careers events
  • Answering phones, switchboard and intercom, taking messages
  • Dealing with daily post
  • Using social media
  • Supporting events
