Job Description

Reeds Rains are excited to be recruiting for a very rare Branch Manager opportunity to join our hugely successful team in Plaistow.Reeds Rains was established in 1868 and forms an integral part of the LSL Property Services Group. We are a nationally recognised brand and one of the UKs most innovative and award winning property services providers.As the Branch Manager, your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the branch ensuring that all business objectives are achieved. Providing effective leadership to your team, you will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongsidethe continued delivery of outstanding customer service. Taking a pro-active approach you should be aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace ensuring increase in profitability, market share and ultimately focused on your goal of achieving high streetmarket leader status.We are very eager to speak to those already experienced as an Estate Agency Branch Manager / Lister / Valuation Manager, or equally eager to speak to those that have a strong residential sales background and are looking to take the next step within theircareer.This opportunity offers an excellent remuneration package to include:
