Job Description

A long term Reed client have come out with a new role for a National Service Installation Engineer. They are a leading provider of lifting & testing solutions for heavy duty commercial workshops.You will be joining a growing team across the UK where you will be working closely with the Install Team Leader and Service Manager to ensure customers get the first-class service that the business is known best for.The role consists of:> Installing new equipment into customers workshops - Brake testers, lifts, inspection pits and others> Delivering consistently safe and efficient service to all clients in a welcoming and professional manner> As you will also require knowledge of servicing and repairing of vehicle lifts, the role will also consist of this as the needs arise> Occasionally need to repair customer garage equipment to good working order> Site surveys before installation + Quoting of install costs to sales team> Completing of service reports and job notes on the field service systemThe required experience is as follows:> Prior work in an installation role, ideally working with commercial garage equipment (ideally working with electro-mechanical and hydraulic equipment)> Clean UK driving licence> Friendly manner with excellent communication skillsIn return, they offer an actually competitive package, and they are not shy about showing them off:> Base starting salary up to £40,000.00, paying door to door on a 40 hour week - overtime is paid at 1.5 x> 25 days holiday + bank> Company van provided, which you also will be able to have personal use of> Pension scheme, Medicash benefits, Critical Illness cover, Enhanced sick pack, Cycle to work scheme, On-site gym facilities (If you are local to a site!), Food allowance in addition to food/ drink allowance while working awayThis is a company that really shows they care about their staff and the reputation they have in the industry, and want to bring people on that value this and pass this value then on to their clients.If this is a business that you think you would thrive in, you are looking for a field based role, and the package looks appealing, please send a copy of your CV to to set up a registration call.
