  • Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the departments
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly Operations reports and publish them where required.
  • Support the publication of monthly global reporting and Europe Operations.
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Accurately analyse and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
  • Support various departments, including Operations and HR, in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
  • Help catalogue, categorize, standardize and maintain definitions for various operations analysis generated from company systems.
  • Manage the company time keeping system to record, manage exceptions, report and provide input to Human Resources for employee hours across Europe.
  • Track lateness, sickness, and all other time-related analysis.
  • Follow the Laitram Business Philosophy and support continuous improvement

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts

Entry requirements:Standard entry:
  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)
Plus:
  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)
