Production and Engineering Planner£25-28,000West KentFree ParkingYou must be immediately available to be considered for this roleMy client and international manufacturing company based in West Kent is currently recruiting for a Production planner to join their busy team.Can you read schematics, interrupt electrical drawings and instructions Are you aware or trained in IPC 620We are looking to attract a Production planner who has worked as a production planner previously. An understanding of Engineering, specifically Aerospace Engineering would be of benefit.Your role will be to- Utilise the ERP system - Checking material availability - Loading works orders - Dealing with NCMRs- Placing Purchase orders, ordering materials from suppliers- Loading BOMs and defining descriptions for build items- Attend production progress meetings- Provide costings- Utilise inventory grids for enquiries- Assist with the Master Production Schedule and to understand the Project resource planning- Communicate capacity planning and advise on order due dates- Track materials and chase- Deliver reports to management team covering Margin, Open book order value, past due analysis, on-time delivery and time studyAn understanding for ISO9001 and AS9001 procedures would also be an advantage.We have much more detail to share about the company and what the role entails, please apply on line or email Sarah Gilbertson or call Option 2
