Job Description

Business Development Consultant!Great opportunity for experienced sales professional to join an expanding successful team, with supportive managers who class your success as their success! Ideally you will have had minimum 6 months sales experience, ideally B2B, phone based but B2C andface to face also will be considered.You will be able to earn realistic commission of around £1500+ per month and work from home on Fridays!Excellent, credible telephone manner and commission driven mindset essential!Full training given on the software products.Commercial- Contacting existing and new customers using data provisions to feed customer success with cross sell / upsell opportunities.- Lead the production and delivery of viable client relationships- Seek out, evaluate, and deliver on new methods of customer interaction techniques.- Identify opportunities at an early stage and manage the engagement process with the client- Follow up on, and support larger business deals from inception to completion.- Delivering on exceptional personal accountability for pipeline and closed revenue generated- Ensure effective completion of the CRM ensuring all key details - decision makers, incumbent suppliers and contractual periods are updated on ALL contacts where possible.- Use specialised tools, sales, and marketing collateral to identify business issues which help position our product and services to give us a competitive advantage.- Work closely with other departments where required within the company to ensure success in delivering a quality service to our clients.- Through optimising your own personal behaviours, you will support the business in driving world-class customer engagement and business performance.- You will always support induction of new team members and act as a mentor to support their initial learning alongside acting as an ambassador of the business.- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the manager from time to time.Revenue- Your activity levels and productivity and success in arranging meetings with existing clients will have a direct impact on the success of CS team and the level of revenue produced.- Effectively following up on marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities.Related Experience / Qualifications / Credentials:- A minimum of 6 months B2B telesales experience of creating sales opportunities for SMB BusinessesHybrid working for a supportive management team who care about your success!Various roles available due to expansion!Start dates throughout January!- Confident, strong communicator with charisma- Willing and capable of learning and adapting quickly- Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level - Maths & English essential.
