Do you have an eye for forensic levels of attention to detail, the Sherlock Holmes of Bids Are you the most organised person you knowAs part of our new five-year strategy, our bid team are expanding. The Bid Team Coordinator is a non-technical role, and this person will coordinate multiple ongoing bids, which are being managed by various contributors across the company.You will be responsible for managing lots of tasks making sure that proposals and bids are produced to an exceptional level of quality and within the deadlines.We are looking for someone with a proven ability in planning, coordinating and managing deadlines. This person would need to be exceptionally driven, passionate, confident, and have a keen interest in continuous improvement and an incestuous level if organisation!Technical IT and bid skills are not essential but we are looking for a quick learner, we will give all of the training you need in relevant areas!Above all else, we’re looking for someone that fits within our strong culture and has values well aligned to us.You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, projects, finance, operations and service.
  • Managing a well-established bid process to ensure a good flow of opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Arranging and charging important meetings with bid contributors.
  • Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other teams into the required tender format
  • Understand and resolving issues with the executive team.
  • Managing our internal systems and helping to improve systems and processes.
  • Managing our online tools to identify new opportunities.
  • Champion final document creation, working with design and content teams.
  • Maintain our bid tools and content library.
  • Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents - must have an eye for perfection!
  • Engaging in brand and internal events which benefit bid.
  • Accountable for identifying new industries and partnerships for ROCK to benefit from.
  • Key Requirements
  • Exceptionally organised.
  • Deadline orientated.
  • High levels of drive and passion.
  • Hard worker who always achieves the outcomes.
  • Very IT literate (particularly MS Word, Excel, OneNote, web-based systems)
  • Confident with strong communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional telephone manner
