Schemes Account HandlerPencoed/Cowbridge£25,000The Company:We are working with a client that over the last year has developed a brand new scheme and has been very successful in growing a new book of bespoke business.Our client is a successful and growing insurance broker in the South Wales area who deal with a wide range of commercial clients and offer a brilliant service to their clients and a friendly and close-knit working environment.The Role:Working closely with the Schemes Manager, youll be a point of contact for customers with product queries, using the portal and providing quotations to customers.Youll be answering calls, emails, taking payments and advising on credit terms. Supporting with all administrative and IT tasks.This is really an amazing opportunity for someone to progress their career within the insurance industry, and joint a fast-paced business in a truly bespoke avenue of Insurance.Requirements:

Strong and clear telephone manner is essential, with good communication skills in verbal and written capacity vital
Previous experience from a customer service background
Ability to work under pressure
Insurance industry experience is ideal
Capable of dealing with a diverse range of clientele, including vulnerable customers
