We’re looking for a blue-sky creative with strong commercial awareness in B2B marketing.You’ll contribute to our ambitious growth plans by pushing the boundaries of branding and marketing across a range of outputs, including web, social, video, animation, interactive, apps, print, and much more. You’ll also mentor our junior graphic designer and other visual communications professionals as we grow.   • Producing mind-blowing, emotive design concepts for digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with our app developers and creative marketing professionals to produce interactive media, such as web apps, landing pages, and more
  • Designing professional and creative graphics (including motion and video) for all of ROCK’s audience touch points - including sales enablement documentation, website, social media, digital display networks, etc.
  • Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to develop exceptional sales enablement documents, such as interactive PDFs
  • Mentoring junior creative staff to develop exceptional skills
  • Strengthening ROCK’s company and product branding as we evolve
  • Developing and maintaining the brand style guides
  • Researching design trends, tools and technology to ensure ROCK stays ahead of the curve
    • Key requirementsThe right person for this role will be abundantly creative and also have strong commercial acumen, with a vast portfolio demonstrating impressive work with some top brands across digital and traditional marketing. You’ll have a wide range of skills in design that have been developed over 5-10 years with an impressive selection of companies, especially in B2B.Essential skills:- Expert grasp of visual communications best practice- Expert knowledge and skill in Adobe Creative Cloud- Brand development and design- Creative conceptual design- Visual creatives for digital marketing- Documents, editorial and print- Motion design / animation- Interactive PDF design- Web layout and UX/UI design- Design for traditional display marketing- Teamwork- Project management- Proofreading- Exceptional eye for detail- Communication skills- Confident and professionalDesirable skills:- HTML / CSS- Video editing- Photography- Videography- Copy editing- Team managementEducation:Portfolio and experience are key here, although certain qualifications in one or more of these fields is beneficial.- Graphic / motion design- Visual communications- Marketing- Art- Other creative subjectsBenefits to shout aboutThis is an exciting opportunity to join a company that truly cares for its clients and staff.
