Job Description

Smart Solutionsare currently recruiting forProduction Operative(s) to join a well known client based in the Bridgend area. Our client is a leader in their field of electronics.Pay rate:£9.50 too £10.70/hour with weekly payments every Friday.Shift patterns:Monday to Friday,7am - 3pm (mornings)rotating to 3pm - 11pm (afternoons)Production Operative - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and packaging electronic products to a high standard
  • Performing manual quality and inspection checks
  • Working in accordance with all health and safety requirements
Person Specification:
  • Keen and eager to learn new skills
  • Manual dexterity and good attention to details
  • Excellent, professional work ethic
  • Previous production, soldering or assembly experience would be beneficial, however its not essential
  • Good team working skills and good communication skills
  • Prepared to be flexible in the range of tasks required of them to support the production
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
