Finance Assistant£19,500paJob description - - Supporting the finance manager in recording and facilitating financial transactions of the company - Maintaining purchase ledger and ensuring that the data is accurate- Be able to help and answer any financial questions in a compliant and timely manner- Be able to process expense claims such as staff mileage- Help carry out department audits- Support finance team with basic accounting / other day-to-day tasks- Be able to support monthly bank reconciliations (Cash,Credit,Current and Interest)- Support colleagues and maintain securityPerson specification- Previous administration (finance ideally) experience- Previous finance role experience- Full driving license- Knowledge of SageCharacteristics- Honest and trustworthy- Adaptable - Reliable- Team player- Knowledge of Welsh is a bonus but definitely not essentialShould you wish to learn more or think that you would be a great fit, please apply and the financial consultant will be in touch shortly.
