The school are looking for talented Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants who are flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to meetingthe children’s educational and therapeutic requirements.What are we looking for• Friendly and patient nature• Can do positive attitude• Flexible and enthusiastic• Dedicated to the childrens development and learning• Experience working with children and/or adults with additional learning needs/autism/complex needs• Enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service• Registered with the EWCWhat is the role• Mentoring specific, identified students.• Supporting students to develop coping strategies, enhance their motivation and raise their aspirations.• Managing individual behaviours and challenges in the classroom.• Supporting individual students to engage fully.• Providing informal support at break and lunchtime.Who are weReed Education are an established branch with more than 25 years education recruitment experience.
