Their organisation welcomes applications from candidates who are looking to start a career within the industry or develop an existing career.About the Job- Theyre seeking to recruit a motivated, professional, and dedicated Claims Handler to join their team- You will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional service to their clients concerning any claims issues- Your main task is to liaise with insurers and other interested parties to process the claim effectively and efficientlyYour Role- Advise and update clients about discussions/events during their claim- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by regularly assessing the status of open claims- Efficiently running both Commercial and Personal Lines claims whilst keeping the records updated with all relevant information- You will have open conversations with your Line Manager about your cases and opportunities build and maintain your insurance, legislation, and other technical knowledge- Balance your workload to service the client promptly and expertly- You will have good administrative skills, be task focused with a desire to develop your career with the companyYour Skills, Qualifications and Experience:- Being educated to GCSE standard or equivalent- Experience of dealing with customers and working in a team- Good communication and interpersonal skills is essential for this role- Proficient in MS Office- Eligible to work in the UK
