With more than 10,000 employees across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, Ireland,Turkey, Luxembourg and The Netherlands, Saica Group has four business divisions: recycled paper production for corrugated cardboard (PAPER), recyclable materials recovery (NATUR), production of corrugated packaging (PACK) and flexible packaging (FLEX).About the roleWe are pleased to tell you about an exciting opportunity in Saica Natur UK PARTINGTON which is a state-of-the-art sorting line at the site of our Paper Mill.You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct quality of paper is sorted accurately while working on a state of the art sorting line in a safe and complaint manner.To apply for this opportunity, you will need - Experience in working on a busy manufacturing site , ideally with knowledge and practical understanding of Health & Safety related activities Be able to work as part of a team Keen eye for detail Willingness to learn about paper and waste material gradesMain Responsibilities Working on the sorting line or equivalent to ensure the material grades meet the required specification of the market. To ensure that bales of material meet the desired quality specification through inspection and "dressing". To undertake housekeeping tasks as directed by site management. To undertake sampling of the material as required by the company Code of Practise or Commercial Contracts.
