Job Description

Theyoffer fantastic career opportunities and a real chance for you to help shape how their engaged and commercially focusedHR team can drive the business forward.Are you passionate about helping a business drive forward through its people If so, then you could be just the person to join our client where one of theirguiding principles is We put our people first".In this role you will partner with a designated business division, supporting the Director and Regional Management team to deliver the strategic people agenda: - culture, talent, engagement, recruitment and retention, change, diversity and wellbeing are keyfocuses.As part of the HR team, you will report to the HR Director, and be one of 3 RegionalBusiness Partners, supported by a Shared Service team and experts in Recruitment and L&D. This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to be flexible and happy to travel when required with most of the week spent either working from a the local office based South of Cambridge, or from home.   • Have strong relationship building skills
  • Have plenty of HR experience, ideally gained in a Business Partnering model and be CIPD qualified
  • Enjoy being part of both the HR and operational teams
  • Have a good understanding of all things HR and a desire to drive culture as this role will be heavily focused around change and organisational capability

  • Are comfortable in challenging the status quo
