Junior Credit ControllerPampisford (hybrid)£20,000-£23,000A large and leading organisation, based in pleasant, modern offices in Pampisford currently have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic and driven individual, with excellent customer service skills, to join them in the role of permanent Junior Credit Controller.Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role will see the successful candidate involved in a number of tasks, including the following:

Manage, maintain & update designated accounts.
Pro-actively collect overdue monies from customers.
Active daily management of account queries.
Analyse and approve or decline account credit limits & Terms.
Process, reconcile and allocate payments via cheque, cash, credit/debit card, BACS.
Process new account applications, ensuring accounts are set up quickly and accurately, with customers receiving all necessary documentation.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, fax & letter.
Respond quickly & efficiently to customer & colleague requests for information and documents.
