Teacher of Media and Film Studies RequiredMascalls Academy, Paddock WoodFull-time, permanent role, ASAP StartPaid to scaleThe Supply Register are currently working alongside Mascalls Academy in Paddock Wood, Tonbridge to find a dedicated Teacher of Media and Film studies to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, permanent role that would start ASAP.The ideal candidate will bewell-qualified, enthusiastic and an inspiring teacher joining A highly regarded and successful Media and Film department.You will have the ability to motivate, support and enthuse students in a modern, well-equipped environment.Responsibilities

Plan and lead insightful, varied and inclusive lessons
Liaise with support staff regarding students who need additional support
Track student progress and adjust any targets as needed
Provide students with feedback regarding their progress
Ensure pupil safety both inside and outside of the classroom
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment

Requirements

Previous experience as a qualified teacher is essential
Must hold QTS
Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one
Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 references and cover the last 2 years of employment
