Job Description

Reed Engineering is excited to announce that they are working with a reputable business who work tightly within sustainable packaging & printing. The business is known for its technology and training, sofull L&D is included.We are working with them to recruit for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer on a full-time permanent basis. As the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and lead engineer to be responsible for aspects of Maintenance across their factory and workshop.As the business is expanding, they seek reliable, a highly skilled engineerto work within a team environment.Responsibilities:

Keeping Maintenance records and order new parts
Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical problems when they arise - mechanical and electrical on manufacturing equipment & components.
Perform diagnostic tests and root cause analysis to figure out problems with machinery or equipment.
Test malfunctioning machinery to determine whether major repairs are needed.

Skills and experience include:

Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role.
Highly organised and capable of managing a varied workload
Understanding of Health & Safety
mechanical or electrical qualifications/18th edition desirable
