Driven, Passionate, FocusedWe need a Head Chef with a colorful eye for creation. Someone with a flare for food. Someone who can take our Bistro by the Beach and drive it into the market with creativity and control.We are located alongside the beautiful beach at Oxwich with 42 bedrooms, a thriving wedding business in our marquee and a rebranded Bistro by the Beach so there is plenty to get your teeth into.We have seasonal peaks and would love for a Head Chef to put us on the map ready for Staycations 2021 and onwards.You will have the freedom to design your own menus whilst working for us, but you will remain resilient and focused on GP’s and management of the kitchen and your team.We need someone who is engaging with both our valued customers and our team. Someone who understands our business and is ready to rev up when our customers demand it and throttle off when demand dictates it.If you lead from the front, then this could be the opportunity for you!
