Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Trust who have been the leading light within their field and take pride in their level of professionalism, reputation and success.This is a part time role and could suit a professional candidate who lives in the Leatherhead area - Hours are Monday to Thursday, 0900 to 5.00pm with one in four Saturdays required.This role will involve supporting a team to include, the Medical Director, Directors, Managers, Patients and suppliers on a daily basis as well as other external parties as required.Some duties could be:*Acting at the first point of contact for all prospective patients; handling all incoming enquiries (via Phone, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Email, GP/Optometrist referrals and “walk-ins”)*Providing literature, information and guidance regarding all treatments/services provided and ensuring the patient journey is a positive one*Creating new patient records, booking consultations into the appointment database and taking associated payments*Liaising with external consultants, to ensure all appropriate medical history is obtained prior to a patient’s initial consultation*Handling patient queries and concerns with sensitivity and compassion, working with the administrative and clinical teams to provide quick and satisfactory resolutions.*Assisting with the organisation and preparation of patient seminars andeducation daysYou will have plenty of Office experience, Excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels. Experience and confidence in telephone call handing in an office environment is essential, some sales experience for following up leads or adding value would be useful.Team work is everything here so you must want to be part of a team and enjoy being “hands on”You will be a driver with your own transport and be able to cover other sites where necessary, home working could be considered for the right person
