Job Description

My client is currently looking for a Head of Marketing/ Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing agency based near Oxshott, Surrey. This is a brand new opportunity in the business and will ultimately define and implement a marketing and brand strategy including promotional programs and calendars, new partnership development opportunities, new product roll-outs and internal and external communications. You will be responsible for identifying new ways and means of promoting the business and generating qualified sales leads and new channel opportunities.Your role and responsibilities will include:

Managing specific marketing campaigns and measuring their success with analysis and reporting in order to generate qualified new business leads for the Sales team

Protecting and promoting the company and brand - including ensuring that all online content that is produced (in house and third party) is on brand and accurate. This will include reviewing the website and all collaterals.

Establishing links and connections with target partnership agencies to generate new business opportunities

Creating press releases, case studies, thought leadership and news articles and other marketing collaterals to support the Client Services team

Continually reviewing changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

Engaging in digital and media marketing, networking and local events including identifying speaking opportunities for the senior team

Helping to drive forward data-based marketing activities through the use of the CRM

Managing all internal communications as appropriate

You will have: -

5+ years previous Marketing & Sales experience, with digital marketing knowledge being an advantage

Agency or inhouse experience welcomed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong copywriting skills

Knowledge of CRM (ie. Hubspot) and email marketing systems

Able to work to deadlines, prioritising and managing tasks effectively

A first-class communicator, able to deal with people at all levels

Capable of picking things up quickly and working under own initiative as well as part of a team

Salary: -Between £38,000 - £50,000 base DOEPlease note - Fully remote working from home currently
