Short Description Bar ManagerFull Job DescriptionBar Manager Location Surrey Tuesday to Sunday afternoon 45 hours a week Salary of £37,500 Annual Incentive bonus and free meals on shift An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, ambitious and outgoing Bar Manager to join one of our clients exciting bar and restaurant. This is an exciting new venture to join an outstanding establishment with their superb wines. Operating Tuesday - Sunday afternoon you will be task with the overall running of the day-to-day operations ensuring both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. The ideal Bar Manager will have great grasp of what theyre about and is able to drive the bar operations without being stuffy. You will have experience managing a team and have a natural ability to spot areas for progression, owning your management role inmentoring and training individuals in your team.You will be standards driven, accurate person with a clear understanding of the finances and commerciality of how the bar works; including stock management, profitability & sustainability and develop strong relationship with all the suppliers, bringing theirethos and quality to the table.
