Their customer support team is an integral part of the business and they believe thatexceptional customer service is key.This role would suit someone who loves working with customers, enjoys talking with people and has a desire to go "above and beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction. A background in science, whether advanced level studies (NVQ or Degree or equivalent), or work experience within a business associated with science / scientific /medical would be an advantage.You will be responsible for a range of customer related tasks, to include order processing, dealing with enquiries, chasing deliveries and CRM management.
