Job Description

We are hiring for Practice Managers in the Exeter area. With continued investment across the practices and teams, this is an exciting time to join us.

As a Practice Manager you will be;
  • Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
