Salary - £30,000 PAType – PermanentHours – Full time (37.5 hours)About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to support the further development of our Dementia Care services as we look to support those people living in our homes and with a dementia. At MMCG we are committed to continuously look to enhance the lifestyle of our residents,whilst ensuring that our teams are supported to enable them to deliver truly person-centred care.Therefore, we have introduced this role to support and upskill home teams to deliver exceptional care to those living with us. This is a varied role, which will involve working directly with residents to meet both their physical and emotional needs; buildingrelationships and finding those commonalities which can enhance the residents’ experience; working alongside your colleagues to role model best practice, providing information, advice, and guidance where required.You will report directly into your Home Manager, supported by our MMCG Dementia Development Lead, plus a wider network of Dementia Ambassadors across the organisation.About youYour experience of working to support people living with dementia is essential.
