A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleThis role is to lead and manage the D2D supply chain planning operation, which will consist of a team of 3 colleagues covering Production planning and Material planning (Raw materials and Packaging) and be accountable for all planning activities both nearterm and long term planningYou will embed a culture of continuous improvement to support the site in being the lowest cost to operate that is possible.You will have strong links across all business functions onsite and with the wider central functions to support the delivery of the business strategy and objectives and will champion the Kerry Values taking true ownership of the continuous improvement ofSupply chain, coaching and upskilling of the SC team.Key responsibilities

  • Manage the D2D planning team supporting on clear direction and issue resolution
  • Supplier ownership to ensure KPI’s are met and where challenges arise, work through an improvement plan
  • Capacity management to plan, align and deliver full service to the market
  • Communication of supply position with at risk situations and timelines
  • Factory clearance plans aligned to available resource
  • Clear in time escalation for significant issues beyond resolve
  • Coaching and upskilling of team
  • Setting high Best in Class Standards
  • Continuously improve standards set by providing support to Practical Problem-Solving initiatives and other appropriate CI methodologies
Qualifications and skills
  • 5+ Years experience in Supply chain Production Planning
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in Food FMCG preferred but not essential
  • MS applications, with a Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP ECC and APO knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities against demanding timeframes
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain best in class practices
  • MS applications, with a Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in delivering Cost out initiatives
